Who operates Studio

Qamba Studio is operated by Mothuso Malunga, trading as Qamba Labs. These terms apply to the application and its cloud services. By using Studio, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Purchases also follow the Credits & Refunds Policy shown before checkout.

Accounts and shared projects

Keep access to your sign-in email and account secure. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

A cloud project’s owner pays for authorized cloud work on that project. Sharing access does not by itself authorize spending: an owner must enable collaborator spending. Quote approvals and spending limits apply to reserved credits as well as completed work.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and outputs. You give Qamba Labs and the providers selected for your job permission to store, process and deliver those materials as needed to run the service. You must have permission to use and share every input, including a person’s likeness or voice.

Model, provider, dataset and LoRA licenses can impose separate conditions. A subscription or credit purchase does not buy rights that those licenses do not grant. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output or ineligible for exclusive copyright. Review results and applicable licenses before publishing or relying on them.

Studio adds machine-readable metadata identifying many generated images, audio and video files as AI-generated, and keeps the provenance records some services add. Not every file type or path carries it, and editing, re-encoding or screenshots can remove it. Do not remove or alter these markings to make AI output appear authentic. If you publish AI-generated or manipulated images, audio or video of real people, places or events that could appear authentic, disclose that it is artificially generated or manipulated where the law requires it.

Plans, credits and cancellation

The purchase review and Stripe checkout show the price, currency, allowance and billing frequency before you pay. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Cancel through Manage billing; when cancellation is scheduled for the period end, current access and the existing allowance continue until that boundary.

Plan changes offered at renewal preserve the current plan and credits until the renewal invoice is paid. Monthly credits expire at their period end; purchased packs do not expire and add no plan features. There is no automatic pack purchase or automatic recharge.

After each purchase we email a confirmation that sets out the terms, the renewal terms for a plan and how to cancel. For an active plan we email at least 7 days’ notice before a price change takes effect and a reminder once a year. Each email says how to cancel online.

Sandbox and preview purchases are explicitly labeled test purchases and do not take real payments. Draft prices are not a live offer. Production billing must be enabled separately. See Credits & Refunds for reservations, failures, refunds and disputes.

Availability and changes

Cloud capacity, providers and models may be unavailable or change. A queue position or estimate does not guarantee completion time, output quality or a particular model’s continued availability. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend an account to protect the service, with an opportunity to contact support.

Policy pages display a version and effective date. We will present changed purchase terms before a new purchase. Existing subscription changes that require your agreement will not be treated as consent merely because you opened the application.

Support and legal rights

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway, you have the right of withdrawal described in Credits & Refunds. Use “Withdraw from contract here” on the Credits page.

Contact support before deleting information needed to investigate an account or billing problem. Nothing in these policies removes consumer rights, refund rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Tennessee law governs these terms, except that consumers retain the mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action. Contact support to try to resolve a dispute; this does not prevent you from exercising legal rights.

We intend to offer Studio internationally, including in the United States and European Union. Availability depends on applicable law, payment support and the restrictions of the selected model or service. Do not use Studio where its provision or your use is prohibited. A listed model, price or supported currency does not guarantee availability in every country.
